Q Are you a direct manufacturer and exporter?
Yes, we are. We have our own factory and International Trade Department. We produce our own products all by ourselves.
Q What should I provide if I want my own packaging or printing?
Usually you can provide us information in one of the three ways listed below: 1. A sample for us to copy. 2. A layout, 3D drawing, or design. 3. The specific size requirements of the product.
Q How long is the lead time?
Usually it takes around 15-20 days after sample confirmed and deposit received. If you need the goods urgently, please let us know, and we will try our best to prioritize your order.
Q How can I get a sample from you?
If we have stock for the models you need, we can send you our stock sample with no sample cost. But if you need your own design, sampling cost will be charged. For both options, the courier freight needs to be covered by you. Samples can be sent through FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.
Q What if I need my own size?
We need to make new moulds for your own size, which will cause tooling cost. However, this can be refunded after the order quantity reaches our requirement. Normally, we would suggest using our similar existing mould sizes.
Q How can I make payment?
For mass production goods, you need to pay a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance upon shipment. The most common payment method is T/T. L/C, D/P, and D/A are also acceptable.
